We do not offer size exchanges. Exchanges are only possible if the product is damaged, defective, or faulty, which must be proven with clear, real photos.

Corsets, shapewear items such as bodysuits, and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Gift items are also non-returnable.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Personalised products or limited editions may be subject to additional return restrictions, which will be stated in the product description. The same applies to sizing: all size details are provided in the size chart, and no size changes are offered.
